Turkey (Spring)
Arizona has two different seasons to hunt turkey. SBO only has guided hunts for the spring turkey hunts. Arizona offers Over The Counter (OTC) rifle turkey tags for the youth during the spring time. Definitions
The Scout Package includes SBO’s professional recommendations on how SBO would hunt the unit. This includes a one (1) day pre-hunt trip to the hunt unit with one (1) SBO guide to scout the area, including recommendations on areas to hunt. The Scout Package does not include any guide services during the hunt period.
All Guide Services Only guided hunts will include transportation while in the field, field dressing, quartering, and recommendations for local taxidermists and local meat processing plants.
The following are NOT included in the price of the services: Arizona Game and Fish Department hunting license fees, game tag fees, meat processing fees, taxidermy fees, and transportation costs outside of the field. Hunter is responsible for own personal gear, including firearms, ammunition, boxes for transporting meat, ice, etc.
Deposit
Upon notifying SBO that you would like to book a guided hunt, Client will be emailed or mailed this Agreement and an accompanying Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights agreement (“Release”). The agreed upon hunt booking will be held for seven (7) calendar days from the date Client is provided with the Agreement and Release (the “Holding Period”). Within the Holding Period, Client must send a 50% non-refundable deposit (“First Payment”), signed Agreement, signed Release, and a copy of Client’s state issued photo identification or driver’s license.
Payment
Thirty (30) calendar days prior to your scheduled hunt, Client must provide to SBO: the remainder of the fee (“Final Payment”), a copy of Client’s game tag, and a copy of a valid hunting license. If the Client fails to make Payment, SBO may cancel the hunt for all Clients.
Payments can be made in cash, check, or Zelle. Upon request SBO will provide Client with necessary information to complete payment.
GUIDED HUNTS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO THE HUNT.
Licenses & Tags

Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Client is not paying to harvest an animal; the fee is for a guided hunt or scout package. Although the SBO’s goal is for each Client to fill his or her tag, SBO makes no guarantees that each Client will fill his or her tag.
There is no refund for unused days, such as late arrivals, tagging-out early, departing early, bad weather, unexpected events, Acts of God, government shutdowns, government emergency orders, forest closures due to wildfires, or any event that may slow or stop a hunt.
Transferability
The hunt cannot be transferred to anyone unless SBO and all Clients agree at least thirty (30) days prior to the hunt.
